Private Sessions

Everyone can benefit from learning to slow down,
breathe, move and connect.

Whether your child needs to learn how to manage stress and anxiety, increase focus and attention, develop flexibility and strength, cultivate confidence or find balance, private sessions are a great way to work toward any individualized objective in a therapeutic way using personalized movement and mindfulness practices.

How does it work?

Sessions are tailored to each child's needs and aligned with parent and student objectives. Sessions are typically held weekly, for 45-60 minutes, depending on the age of the student. After each session, assessment and progress notes detailing the student’s development, learning and successes are provided to parents.

Who is it for?

Private sessions benefit kids and teens at every stage of development. Sessions are designed to address individual learning and development objectives, and support kids and teens through daily life, temporary challenges, and persistent issues.

  • Tools to manage stress and anxiety

  • ADHD or other special needs

  • Improve sleep

  • Developing a stronger sense of self and confidence

  • Improving posture, strengthening core and increasing flexibility

Private sessions can also be designed for children and parents to practice together, or for the entire family. Practicing together provides the opportunity to build relationship skills, coping strategies and a common language for the progress kids and parents seek.

How do I get started?

All private sessions start with a questionnaire to understand individual needs and goals. To get started, please fill out our confidential questionnaire.

“The moment my son became a teenager his anxiety levels became almost debilitating. My son has been working with Erica for 2 years now and I’ve seen such a transformation in how he copes with stress.”

My four year old son was beginning to show signs of anxiety when a friend recommended I reached out to Erica. I have seen major improvements in his attitude and his greatest fear is no longer an issue thanks to their sessions.”
